Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within 72 hours of a request shall result in Account suspension.
The bdtk71 platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local law. bdtk71 accepts no liability for a Player's breach of any applicable local laws or regulations. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on bdtk71. Visa and Mastercard card payments are accepted subject to availability at the time of transaction. All transactions are processed in BDT; no foreign currency conversion is applied or supported on the platform.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source, are entirely your own, and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. bdtk71 may request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of balances pending investigation.
bdtk71 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, Players should be aware that their MFS provider may apply its own transaction charges. These third-party charges are entirely outside bdtk71's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk71 platform. Engagement in any of the below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

bdtk71's total cumulative liability to any individual Player arising from any cause of action under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bdtk71 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability; bdtk71 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a game outcome being displayed incorrectly, bdtk71 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund the staked amounts to the Players' Wallets. No claim for expected winnings based on an erroneously displayed outcome will be honoured.

Where an Account is closed for legitimate non-breach reasons (e.g., Player-initiated closure or regulatory direction), any genuine Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's registered MFS account within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights that a Player may have under mandatory applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
